How Your Membership Works
🎁 Gift Voucher Policy
All members receive a Loyalty Gift Voucher upon sign-up:

Vouchers are activated immediately and may be used at any time.

Once a voucher is redeemed, a 12-month minimum membership term applies.

If cancellation occurs before 12 months after redemption, any discounts or vouchers used will be invoiced at standard rates.

Members may cancel at any time before redeeming any benefits with 7 days’ written notice and no penalty.

Members can request a service booking at any time during their membership period via phone, text, or email. All booking requests are subject to availability and will be scheduled according to your selected membership tier (monthly, quarterly, or six-monthly).
Clean Under Pressure prioritises all member bookings with expedited response times and flexible scheduling to suit your needs. We recommend booking in advance during peak seasons to ensure your preferred time is secured.
